Welcome to our most exciting adventure yet - TVM subscriptions!!
TVM's Curated Craft Club is a monthly adventure of surprise happy mail! We curate packages full of awesomeness and send them off to you! Every month is a new experience for you to unwrap and enjoy!
How it works - the long story:
- We put together a new awesome assortment of products once a month! Any box ordered by the 15th of the month gets in on the following month's delivery! For example, orders placed between April 16th and May 15th at 11:59pm (EDT) will be shipped in June.
- All shipments go out on the 15th of the month via Canada Post.
- You place your order on the day that works for you! Payments then reoccur on the same day every month unless you pause or cancel your subscription. We will send you a courtesy email 7 days before each payment to remind you of your upcoming payment and give you time to make any changes.
- Pausing or cancelations MUST occur before your payment is processed. We will not be refunding orders after the payment date.
- These are MYSTERY subscriptions. We put a lot of effort into curating collections of vinyl products that coordinate well together. We make sure they look good together when you get them - the rest is up to you! Use them however you like!
- There is AT LEAST one new product and/or colour each month. Our members get the 1st look since these products will only be added to the store after packages are shipped.
- There are TWO LEVELS of subscriptions. The subscription BOX ($75) and the subscription ENVELOPE ($25). The box includes everything in the envelope plus so much more!!
- Each level has TWO OPTIONS either HTV or ADHESIVE. The products will be completely different in each. (Exception - the mystery item may sometimes be the same in both the HTV and adhesive boxes). Choose the one you like the best - or choose them both and get a little of everything!
- All packages will ship via Canada Post ON US - no shipping costs for you!. Boxes will be trackable. You'll receive your tracking number once your box ships. Envelopes will be shipped by letter mail and will not be tracked. This is the best way to offer an economical subscription option.
- Since the subscription packages always ship separately, they do not apply to free shipping thresholds. For example, if you have a cart value of $75, you cannot add a subscription item to get over the $99 free shipping threshold. They will be calculated separately.

Did you say TVM Scratch card?! Tell me more!
Yes! You read right! EVERY subscription package comes with a TVM scratch card. Every card is hiding a discount code for your non-subscription orders! See Rules & Regulations here.
Are these the same as your famous mystery bundles?
No! Our mystery bundles are great. But - they are mostly made up of random end of roll or slightly damaged pieces. That's why the discount is so steep. The subscriptions are entirely different. The vinyl is hand picked and carefully packaged for each package. Nothing random about them. Only thing that's the same... the mystery!
Can I choose what goes into my package?
No - these are Mystery subscriptions. Embrace the adventure!
How often will I receive a new package?
Once a month! It will ship on the 15th of each month and makes its way to you.
When will I be charged?
It's actually up to you! You pick the day of your 1st order - you will be charged for your 1st package immediately. Your card will then be charged every month on the same day.
When will my package ship?
The cutoff date for getting in on the current month's experience is on the 15th. Any order placed by 11:59pm EDT on the 15th of the month will ship on the 15th of the following month. Ok... That made my brain hurt! Here's an example to clear things up. If you order between July 16th and August 15th, your box will ship September 15th.
Why so much time between order and shipment dates?
We know waiting is hard! But this gives us time to make sure we have all needed stock to make the packages extra awesome!
I'm local! Can I pick up in the little shed?
We will be shipping ALL subscriptions. It gets too complicated to keep track otherwise. But we pay the shipping - so you still win!
How do I cancel?
You will have access to your personalized client portal where you can pause, cancel or make any changes to your billing information! Just make sure to cancel before your payment is processed. We won't be issuing refunds after that. But don't worry - we'll send you an email 7 days before to remind you it's coming!
I'm going on vacation. Can I pause my subscription?
Yes! You can pause through your personal client portal. Then sit back and enjoy your vacation without worrying your package will get sent back.
How do I access the client portal?
There will be a button in any email we send you regarding your subscription! It's purple (of course) and says 'Manage Your Subscription'. Just click and go!
